VIP Reservations - Closed for 2024
Pastoral Farm Setting: There’s no place else like it on the North Fork!
Jamesport Farm Brewery’s immaculate and active 43-acre farm is nestled in the heart of eastern Long Island's North Fork wine country. Nowhere else can you get the best of everything, in a relaxed countryside surrounded by rows of towering hop bines, sunflowers, and swaying fields of golden barley.
We offer several unique rental space options with tables and lounge seating outside in our covered and shaded outdoor pavilions. Rent one of our intimate Hop "Rooms" for a small gathering, our Magnum or Fuggle Hop "Rooms" for medium-sized groups, or our Hop Deck for large parties. PLEASE NOTE THESE ARE OUTDOOR, UNHEATED SPACES WITH TOPS AND NO SIDES.
If you do not want to book a VIP Space, there are other outdoor tables available on a first-come, first-served basis. For larger events, learn about our Private Events.
We ONLY accept Buses/Limos/Vans if the group books in advance and prepays online for one of our VIP Spaces. Buses/Limos/Vans must stay with their group during their time visiting JFB. Drop offs are not allowed. Note: You don't need a Bus/Limo/Van to book a VIP Space. You can book a VIP Space and arrive in separate cars.

Cancellation Policy:
You may request to cancel your VIP Reservation for a full refund, in writing, up to 72 hours before the date and time of the reservation. Cancellations in writing between 25-72 hours before the reservation time may be transferred to a different date/time if available. Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the reservation time are non-refundable nor eligible for transfer.
When you book and pay for your VIP Reservation, you agree to these terms. You are also acknowledging that you understand the VIP Spaces are outdoor, unheated spaces that are subject to current weather conditions.
Hop "Rooms": Up to 10 Guests - Closed for 2024
The Cascade, Centennial, & Columbus
Set amidst cascading hop bines with open-aired views to our expansive lawn, each Hop "Room" can accommodate up to 10 guests maximum. Features tables and lounge seating in your own semi-private space, curtained by hops! Note: On Saturdays, ALL guests must be 21 & OVER (no kids including infants in strollers or carriers). PLEASE NOTE THESE ARE OUTDOOR, UNHEATED SPACES.

Rental Cost • 2-Hour Minimum:
$80-100 for each two-hour time slot (in addition to food/beverage costs). Online bookings must be prepaid up to a minimum of 3 days (72 hours) in advance. Note: Table service is NOT provided.
Hop "Rooms": Up to 25 Guests - Closed for 2024
The Magnum & Fuggle
Set amidst cascading hop bines with open-aired views to our expansive lawn, each Hop "Room" can accommodate 11-25 guests maximum. Features tables and lounge seating in your own semi-private space, curtained by hops! Note: On Saturdays, ALL guests must be 21 & OVER (no kids including infants in strollers or carriers). PLEASE NOTE THESE ARE OUTDOOR, UNHEATED SPACES.

Hop "Room": Up to 50 Guests - Closed for 2024
The Hop Deck
This Hop "Room" is our largest and can accommodate 26-50 guests maximum. Features your own private faux backyard deck and lawn area with tables, chairs, and rustic furnishings! Perfect for larger groups and private celebrations such as birthdays, engagement parties, and showers. Note: On Saturdays, ALL guests must be 21 & OVER (no kids including infants in strollers or carriers). PLEASE NOTE THIS IS AN OUTDOOR, UNHEATED SPACE.
